Deckbase is an AI-powered flashcard and spaced repetition platform delivered as a web application and mobile app. It is offered as a free plan, paid subscription plans, and consumable credit packs that subscribers can add to their plan.

- Free Plan: $0 (free forever)
- Basic Plan: $5.99 per month / $59 per year
- Pro Plan: $11.99 per month / $119 per year
- Credit packs (subscribers only): 500 credits $4.99, 1,200 credits $9.99, 3,000 credits $19.99
All prices are in USD. Prices include applicable taxes where required by law. Where you purchase through a mobile app store, the price shown by that store at the time of purchase applies.
8. Payment Methods and Timing
Payments are accepted via credit/debit card through Stripe (web), Google Play Billing (Android), or Apple App Store (iOS). You will be charged at the start of each billing period.
9. Delivery Method and Timing
Services are delivered digitally and access is granted immediately upon successful payment. No physical goods are shipped.
10. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future charges, and you retain access to premium features until the end of the current billing period. If you do not cancel before a free trial ends, the paid subscription begins automatically and the same refund terms apply.
We do not offer refunds for subscription fees already paid, including unused portions of a billing period, except where required by applicable law or as provided by the applicable platform (Google Play or Apple App Store refund policies). Examples of laws that may apply in certain jurisdictions include the EU/UK 14-day cooling-off right for digital services (which may be waived if you expressly consent to immediate performance) and Japan’s Act on Specified Commercial Transactions.

11. Special Terms
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You must be at least 13 years old to use the service.
Credits included with a subscription plan are valid for the UTC calendar month in which they are granted and expire at the start of the following month; plan credits that are not used do not carry over. Credits purchased as a credit pack do not expire. Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Credit packs are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or by the applicable app store's refund policy. Credits remaining in an account are forfeited if the account is deleted or terminated.

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
